There was a period in my life when anxiety became crippling.
My nervous system felt constantly on edge, my sleep was disrupted, and a deep hormonal imbalance left me exhausted, scattered, and disconnected from myself.
I tried to push through it, with my yoga practice and good nutrition, even trying to meditate my way out of it, but my body was clearly asking for something different.
That moment became a turning point. I began searching not for quick fixes, but for ways to restore balance at the level where stress actually lives, in the nervous system and the breath.
Through specific breathwork practices that target the nervous system.. and the high cortisol of cycling stress more specifically , I began to experience a return to inner stability.
As my nervous system settled, my hormones began to rebalance, my mind quieted, and a deeper sense of coherence returned.
This work became not just a tool, but a foundation.
What I offer is not abstract. It’s lived, tested, and grounded in real experience.

Let me introduce myself, I'm Naia Louise.
I consider myself a student of life first and a facilitator and guide as the fruit of many years of learning, exploring practicing and sharing.
I've had the joy over 15+ years helping thousands of people in reconnecting with themselves through presence, breath, and embodied awareness.
My work draws from yoga, nervous system regulation, breathwork, nutrition, dance, vocal expression, tantric practices and lived relational experience. All of this was a search for meaning and healing.
I took my formal training with a YYT 500 yoga in the late 90's in LA and fell in love, certifying with Shiva Rea, and studying with Seane Corn, Saul David Raye among others in the blossoming yoga community at the time . I went on to teach in studios and retreats in Iceland, NYC, Canada and Costa Rica over the next 15 years.
In 2003 I began my training in Naturopathy, with my passion for plants, organic food and holistic nutritional practices. I certifed as a raw foods chef and worked in Vancouver BC in raw foods cuisine from 2003 until my move to Iceland in 2005. There I was co-creator of Ambrosia, Iceland's first raw foods restaurant in 2007.
My journey then took me to Costa Rica in 2008 where I lived and taught at Samasati Yoga Retreat in Puerto Viejo on the wild Caribbean Coast. It was my first taste of life in rhythm with nature and the jungle, time slows right down and you have time to look at yourself, to deepen.
I lived in NYC from 2009-2011 where I taught yoga, and returned to my first love, DANCE. I was part of a thriving 5 rhythms dance community that allowed me to explore joy and liberation through sweating your prayers and was invited to dance with the founder of 5 rhythms Gabrielle Roth in her documentary at the beautiful Alex Grey Art studio. To move freely is truly one of the fastest ways to liberate stuck energy and find the joy factor again in our lives.
In 2013 I explored my edge and moved to Hawaii to explore living in a community guided by tantric teachings, practicing conscious sensuality and non violent communication. This began a journey that lead to deeper healing work with somatic practices such as fascia release, hypnotherapy, social permaculture and plant medicine. I began facilitating Tantric Healing Sessions for men women and couples which I now do in groups and retreats.
My spirtual life also grew alongside all these practices, a desire to open to more divine presence. This lead me to learn from and certify with Kaia Ra and the Sophia Code. The Sophia Code is a rich and beautiful text and blueprint for remembering our inherent divinity. As a Sophia Circle Leader I offer 13 week journeys where we learn how we can use this deep knowing to connect deeper to Life within the limitations of this world. This is a Divine Feminine Blueprint but is open to men and women who feel the call to reconnect to Inner Divine Authority, which is beyond gender.
In 2019 I was introduced to Transformational Breathwork, and Soma Breath, certifying in both just before the world stopped in 2020. These practices assist the nervous system to unclench from persistent cortisol spikes due to the stress of modern living. It is a very tangible way to work with deep layers of inner resistance and trauma that may be years in the making.
Quickly and safely through our Breath, we can come Home.
I moved back to France in late 2020 where I was born, after moving away very young. Slowing way down while the world stopped, I started taking life day by day as many of us had to, which lead me to a beautiful companionship and a beautiful property nestled in between the Provencal Lavender fields and the alps which is now opening its doors as a
Retreat Center.

This life has been a long and beautiful adventure into exploring presence and joy, while uncovering trauma and the pain body which was present in my early life. All the teachings in fact were a search for meaning and healing.
This heroic human journey we are all on is quite a rodeo.
Creating spaces where I could feel safe to soften, regulate, and return to myself lead to the passion to share these in a way that can really support those of us ready to dive in and get to the center of it all.
