Why This Work Is Personal

There was a period in my life when anxiety became crippling. My nervous system felt constantly on edge, my sleep was disrupted, and a deep hormonal imbalance left me exhausted, scattered, and disconnected from myself. I tried to push through, with yoga and nutrition, even trying to meditate my way out of it, but my body was clearly asking for something different.

That moment became a turning point. I began searching not for quick fixes, but for ways to restore balance at the level where stress actually lives, in the nervous system and the breath.

Through breathwork, and more specifically intermittent hypoxia practices such as Soma Breath, I experienced something I hadn’t felt in a long time: regulation, clarity, and a return to inner stability.

These practices are now widely recognized for their ability to support autonomic nervous system balance, improve stress resilnce, and influence hormonal regulation through controlled breathing, oxygen–carbon dioxide balance, and vagal tone.

As my nervous system settled, my hormones began to rebalance, my mind quieted, and a deeper sense of coherence returned.

This work became not just a tool, but a foundation, one I now share with others navigating overwhelm, burnout, or periods of deep transition.

What I offer is not abstract. It’s lived, tested, and grounded in real experience.

I am Naia Louise, a facilitator and guide with over 15+ years of experiencing helping thousands of people in reconnecting with themselves through presence, breath, and embodied awareness.

My work draws on non-dual awareness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, nutrition and lived relational experience.

I took my formal training in yoga, naturopathy, tantric polarity teachings, transformational breathwork, non violent communication, biohacking and non-dual philosophy and created a method that works.

Creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, regulate, and return to themselves.
